We also recognize that hiring a locum is meant to be temporary, not a long-term solution. We won’t penalize you for hiring a locums candidate on permanently. In fact, we will give you a discount on perm fees depending on how many days the locum has worked with you.

You pay the provider directly and provide their malpractice coverage. In return, you will compensate us a reduced fee based on the days that the provider works. This saves you both time and money.
