Orthopedic Overview

• On-call from 0700 to 0700 daily.
• Emergent and urgent evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal trauma and disease
• Evaluation of emergency room and in-patient consultations in a timely manner.
• Assist in the triage and assessment of patients for transfer to off-island facility for musculoskeletal trauma or disease unable to be managed at this facility.
• Surgical treatment of all musculoskeletal trauma and disease EXCEPT complex pelvic and spine trauma.
• Surgical treatment of musculoskeletal trauma and disease where appropriate equipment and implants are available
• Compensation Rate: $1300.00 Daily
